Restless and versatile Barcelona-based selector, member of Lapsus and resident at LAUT, with a broad narrative capable of sustaining 12-hour marathons.
Lucient (Mario G. Quelart) is one of the most stimulating DJs on Barcelona's electronic scene, recognized for constant curiosity and a way of DJing that prioritizes the journey. His palette is wide and his technique relies on long transitions and patient construction of atmosphere, with sessions that can stretch to marathon format.
He is part of the Lapsus collective and is resident at LAUT, as well as hosting the Synesthésiques program on Dublab.es, spaces from which he has helped weave community and open windows to avant-garde sounds. He is also half of the duo C.E.E. Shepherds, alongside Albert Salinas.
As a producer, he has been consolidating his work with releases in the Lapsus environment, including the album Sa Casa Des Carbó, where he transfers that narrative sensibility from the DJ to a language of his own between the atmospheric and the club.
